Most of our sessions have samples for you to listen to, so you can make a completely informed decision about the particular product you are buying, before purchasing downloadable files.
Hypnosis is NOT a quick fix. It does however work faster than trying to resolve issues with just your conscious mind, which can take years.

In the event that you do have issues with our products, please note that due the therapeutic nature of hypnosis, we will try and work with you to help you get the best results.
In the rare event where a refund is necessary, please note the following:
Due to the fact that there is no way for you to "return" an MP3, our refund policy is slightly different on these programs. We are willing to return 10% of the funds back to you in whichever manner you paid us. This is a one time return policy, meaning you can not return the item you purchased using the store credit.
Ex. If you buy a Rs1000 MP3 program and you decide to return it, you will be refunded Rs100 back to your card, paypal, etc.
We do not offer refunds if a customer hasn't given the programs a proper chance, any MP3 issues that arise usually happen because of a PC configuration. All MP3's have been tested and are guaranteed to work.
We only issue refunds for functional products. A refund will not be considered until you have a successfully downloaded and played the products you have purchased. We will do everything in our power to make certain you have a working product. In the rare event you are unable to play an mp3, it may be necessary to convert an MP3 order to CD (shipping charges may apply) if you continue to have issues with the files.
If you are still using dialup internet access, please do not attempt to purchase an mp3.

Products must be returned undamaged and in working condition. Case and CD(s) must be presentable and in working order. Damaged products sent back for a refund are subject to partial refunds or exchanging the product for another copy of the same program. Please contact us beforehand with any questions on returns and your products condition.
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds of any kind as the Custom CD or Personal Services, such as Phone Sessions with Sure Cure Clinic. This is a creative process requires time for research, writing, recording and editing the session.
